Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) is one of the largest technology business incubators and IT/High-Tech development agencies in the region, operating in Armenia. Established in 2002 within the framework of the World Bank's "Enterprise Incubator" project, we support the development of the information and communication technology sector in Armenia by creating a productive environment for innovation, technological advancement, and company growth.

Our activities cover every aspect of sector development: ICT-related legal, business and educational reforms; investment channeling and funding schemes for startups; individualized services and consulting for IT and Engineering companies; talent identification and workforce development.

We act as a cross-point for all entities in the sector — public and private institutions, international organizations and government agencies, major multinationals and small startups — and bring them together to act jointly toward ICT/High-Tech excellence.
